I was able to enter historical data. You can either create a new entry or copy(click on the plus on right side of existing entry) you can then edit that entry and change the date/time frame and any changes in intensity and location of pain.
Download the 'Catch My Pain' app, you can put in any date you need. That is the sister app to Pain Companion. Personally I would just hand write a journal. If you decide to use this app set up a new user account since you have posed the question under this user name. You need to be a detailed as possible. Good luck.
Mimikay, go to patientslikeme.com you can have a detailed pain journal, it has many many features, and you can edit dates and put in entries for past dates, I usually do the pain journal coloring on here, take screen shots of them, put them in one pic in a 4 square lay out and upload the pic to the PLM.com journal so I have it there too. I've been told they have an app for iphone and are coming out with one for android soon too.
Mimsy if you get into the PLM.com site and do it, it really helps and you really feel the suplort and you often find people with the same or almost the same combo as you, it's great. But like I said I do this one and that ine and it helps a lot
Samantha.. When I first found it there were so many questions etc..I was deep in a fibro fog and the whole site was really confusing to me. I got discouraged and never went back. That was several years ago so perhaps it will make more sense now. :) Will check it out.
Oh so very sorry! I would also like to know. Had similar experience recently. Have used paper for years until stumbling up in app only recently. Apparently much better and Love community, members, etc!
Mimi-I just went through page by page on my profile list and followed the instructions, at first I got overwhelmed tooand was like fuck it Im not doing this but I did it a few days later and now its super easy and helpful
