Raynaud's: nose and knees

Apr 20, 2017 2:49 AM

So i have Raynaud's syndrome also know as Raynaud's phenomena. And im high blood pressure medication for it and i have compression socks and gloves for when my toes and fingers need it. But sometimes when i have a Raynaud's attack the tip of my nose and knees get cold and are affected. So anyone else with Raynaud's or just anyone who has tips on how to keep my nose and knees warm. Because those are kind of areas you cant just slip a sock on or bundle up. And on top of Raynaud's i have hormone issues and have a hard time regulating my body temp and i have allot of hot flashes and am sensitive to heat. So i cant just wear a scarf around my face or wrap blankets on my knees without overheating .
I needed some way to warm my nose and kness when i have a attack. Please and thank you for all advice

WOW! I turn blue from lack of oxygen and thought this was similar...no way! Is there anything that "triggers" it?

I have it too along with other autoimmune diseases.

My other half found some face masks that cover just the nose and mouth, but I haven't tried mine yet. Compression knee sleeves might help with the knees.

Stress and cold trigger it. I've been scripted blood pressure meds but I given in to taking yet because I'm on so many meds already.
