Hi. Last winter I was in an accident where I sustained a brain injury and injured my neck. i still have headaches but mostly from a preexisting condition. i was also diagnosed with damage to my occupital nerves aswell as my brachial plexis. those have healed for the most part. however, I am still in excruciating pain. my doctor diagnosed me with crps. I am on elavil, lyrica, nabumentone and clonodine. i was wondering if anyone had any tips for someone like me. i cannot move my hand up past 50 degrees, my arm no longer fully extends out at my elbow and I have trouble moving my wrist and hand. the temperature of my limb changes rapidly. sometimes I feel a temperature change but it doesn't actually change temperature. i also have severe pain in my fingers.
