Hi am new on this forum and I must say am happy to have found this place. It's great to read all the different posts.
So a bit about me ; am 37 been suffering for a longtime of chronic pain but just been diagnosed officially in April 2016. My pain doctor thinks I had this condition since I was a kid but traumatic physical event just pro pulse me into the hell 😈 of pain!!! I have two wonderful kids, my daughter is 5 and my son is 8, they both adapted to my condition, ( it's amazing how kids can adapt) I used to be very active, jogging and cycling but the pain and the never ending symptoms of fibromyalgia have me had to learn to leave slower. In join 2014 I was put on medical leave. Went back to work last April and was giving a second leave last week for an undetermined time.

Reading some of your posts make me feel less alone whit this disease . 🌞 so keep writing people you bring sunshine in this dark place!!!

Juliacat, welcome to our community family!!! I am glad that you found us. We are a wonderful bunch of zany folks from all over the globe. We have different diagnosis and conditions but we ALL share the common ground of chronic pain. This is a great forum with a wealth of information. You can vent, ask questions and learn things here. Most of all, we love to laugh. There are folks here that are just "off the rails" (like me), who make jokes and love to hear folks laugh. And we DO get pretty crazy here and have a good time. I'm glad you feel less alone. You will never be alone here. If you need to chat, all you have to do is Hollar and I'll come waddling as fast as my stubby legs will let me.
Many others will do the same. I welcome you to sit and stay a spell. You'll learn a lot, laugh a lot and have a really good time meeting some really great people. {{{Hugs}}}💕😍
