Rebound Days

So, my one good day left me exhausted the last few days. All I want to do is sleep but yet, I can't get comfortable enough to sleep at night. I didn't roll out of bed until 12:30p. I ate lunch, rested for an hour, did my low impact workout, ate breakfast (yes, I did that on purpose) of peanut butter toast, showered, rested for almost an hour. Then we went to pick up my step daughter and grocery shopping. I was exhausted all day but pushed through. Nap-time couldn't be more needed. The neck pain has let up enough for mild relief. The whole body pain was near unbearable but I didn't cry today. That's always a good day. Until tomorrow...

We all have different limits, of how long we can do activities and then have to rest. But like you the activity triggers pain &/or exhaustion for me. Got a shower this morning and felt with out. Rested then striped breeding so I could wash it. I was so out of breath my daughter couldn't believe it. I tested more then tried more laundry, and now I think I'm done for the day. Lol I'll almost bet tonight I hurt! Get rest when you can, and I hope you feel better tomorrow!
