Hey All 🤠🤠 okay so I went through a lot of different emotions after my surgery and now It has been just a little over 3 weeks and I feel happy . Not much pain at all. I am still on restrictions but my brain wants to automatically do things that I normally would do . Than my body is like hell. No lol 🙃🙃 .
Thank you everyone who has supported me through this new journey of my life. 🤗🤗
That's great Westrengirl, your emotions are starting to settle and your body is healing but you will be on strict restrictions for at least another 3 weeks then you need to go slowly to let your body adjust to being able to do things again.
Sending you positive vibes and warm healing hugs xx
I'm so happy to hear that and to see you smiling😊 Try to still take it easy and don't rush things maybe you could plan things to do for when your fully recovered so you will have things to look forward to! I am so happy for you xx
Westerngirl, I'm only 4 weeks post-op, so I know exactly what you mean. I'm hoping I haven't done something too soon and set myself back. About 10 days ago I was suddenly hit with a very severe vertigo like spell, except it was much worse than I've ever experienced. While my body, the house, the world feeling like a freaking fun house floor, it felt like I had warm liquid putting over my upper left body that was coming from my neck. Since then I've had several more Mills episodes of vertigo, at least that's what I'm calling it. But the doc wants to see me tomorrow; says it could be from my spine and not vertigo or not only vertigo. You take it easy and give yourself time to heal. I've pulled back from doing what I've been doing and resting more. Hugs love & prayers we both heal great! 🤗❤🙏🌼
