Is there anyone here with renal/kidney problems? I've now been referred for a urgent scan of my kidneys as my GP is concerned I have some sort of renal impairment. My recent urine ACR showed protein which apparently can be a indicator.
You should get your Blood sugars and lipid profile checked as well. Your body needs to be in full control to prevent any further damage if there is already had been. Target your BP below 140/90 consistently and sugars in control. It depends how much is your ACR.
My HbA1c and lipids are perfect right within target ranges and I've lost 5kg in weigh since starting my anti inflammatory diet. I think the problem I have is that I work for a Dr as a medical secretary so I'm acutely aware of red flag signs, the more you know the more you worry! 😂
Not really, my mood is depressed since I lost hope after trying meds. The physio exercises are not working well she want me to do abdominal breathing exercises and I wanted to do those ones that I really feel like streching some of my back muscles. I can feel the tight back its a terrible whammy on me.
I had my MRI done & was reported everything normal except loss of lumbar lordosis. Then I myself look up to the images and found out bulging disc then discussed with my orthopedist today and he also agreed I am having disc bulge at 2 sites compressing nerves causing pain. I was explained about long duration and better outcomes and things in a positive way that helped me to know that i can get better but it can take up to 1 year. I need to reschedule all my plannings and concentrate on shortening this period. I hope you having a good day Hayley.
Sure i would’ve tried that Epsom salt bath but I live in a limited facility, not at home that is I think is a better place to do comfort things. I was advised to do regular PT & a short course of steroids and follow up
