Anyone else find it painfull to actually chart the affected areas in the CMP-app? I log twice a day (ideally) but it hurts so to hold the screen and use my fingers. Sometimes my pains are the same for several days - so does any one know of a clever way to copy painlogs to avoid unnecessary pain?
Yes. When you're in the app click on "Pain Entries." Once that screen loads, all of your previous pain entries will appear. Click on the pain entry you want to copy and scroll all the way to the bottom. There should be a Copy option at the bottom.
