Dr. Fouradoulas never addressed Moparmoms questions & concerns about RFA treatment of spinal nerve, in his post "A Spine Surgeon's ...On Pain" post. I would like anyone's input with experience on this topic. After my spinal stenosis and C3-C4 fusion next month, the doctor has mentioned doing RFA's on the facet & foramina stenosis involved nerves. From everything I've heard or read, I think it's prefer to have them removed parts of the bone in those joints that are causing pressure & pain. I think it's called foramina Tony or something like that. AlwayZ knows because she has them. Anyone have opinions? 🙂💕🙏🌸
I don't know much about that Flappsy but I would rather have the bone trimmed down or removed than go in that direction. I hope your surgery goes well for you and that you heal quickly and completely. I will be praying for you each and every day and sending you positive vibes, much love and of course, my friendship. You're a strong lady, Flappsy!! I know you got this.💕🙏🏻🌻😊
I have had several RFA'S but with the radiation I have my concern's, I have checked Back often to see if he responded but I know that they are busy and do this on thier own time. But if you can avoid it, I would, simply because of the radiation and the the fact that it may or may not take. If it does it lasts for the mist part for me anyway is 6 months at a time.
I have had denervation twice cervical at C3/4/5/6 after fusion with osteoarthritis and stenosis...(now crushing my oesophagus from behind, onto my trachea🐪) 🤔 the first time it was great... the second time not at all! Theres no garentee it will work, sorry 🤔
⚘⚘Hugs to u flappers⚘⚘ Whatever u decide we are here for u sweetheart 🌷
Thank you everyone, for your honesty, unlike the doctors who evade telling us the honest truth! I at least have 2 months of researching before he plans on treating the other discs (C2 & C7 I think). Hugs love & prayers for a good day with as little pain as possible for all! 🙂💕🙏🌸
