Rising levels

Sep 20, 2016 2:54 AM

My stress levels are rising and so is my pain! Are the two related? Do I get rid of my boyfriend and his lazy son to help combat the stess of living in a house where I have no privacy and where I'm always on edge? Any suggestions......

Yes, my physio used to tell me the 2 are linked: stress = tightening of muscles, meaning pain :-/

Re getting rid of your boyfriend? Only you can decide that...i suppose it would come down to the fact if you genuinely believe you'll be healthier/happier without him...if its a yes to that, then i would say you've made your choice.... Good luck and remember the only right decision is the decision you make :)

Yes they can be related. Only you can decide if they are causing stress and pain. Try relaxation & deep breathing with a warm shower or bath soak. Learn to tune them out if you can. Hugs love & prayers! ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ™๐ŸŒธ

Thank you for your kind words๐Ÿ’œYes deep down I'm sure it's the best way to go forward.
My pain is unbearable at the moment. Let's hope my Phycologist can help today. Although driving a manual car is excruciating.
