I went through the same thing that you did. I saw over 37 doctors who told me I was making it up for attention and it was all in my head. You know that isn't true and you will find the right doctor who can sorry you and give you hope. When I was in high school I couldn't wash because the pain was too intense, but I was treated at the children's hospital of Philadelphia and now I teach a fitness class the times a week. I still am in unbearable pain, but I'm functional. Never stop fighting.

Nhyira,. I'm not familiar with your diagnosis, RND. I looked it up to see what it is. I also noticed several articles referred to it being similar to CRPS, which many on the site have. I have multiple chronic pain issues but neither of these. My only suggestion is to pace yourself between activity & rest on good days, and rest more on bad days. I do have fibromyalgia, which exercise is known to help. I do gentle stretches, a stationary elliptical bike, and walk when I can. When I'm hurting I skip the exercises except stretching. Hugs love & prayers others have many suggestions to help you cope! 🙂💕🙏🌸

Don't be afraid to try different things that might help.

Heat - cold, meds, massage, acupressure, baths, supplements (vitamin and mineral deficiencies can make any disease worse ask your doctor to check your levels, even if you eat health you may not be absorbing enough from your food)

Everyone is different and sometimes odd things can help sometimes.

Don't give up.

@napsonthebeach I will try they keep suggesting counseling and I don't want to talk to anyone really and they gave me medivine for it I'm just stubborn and I don't take it

I get that, and talking to someone won't help unless you want to talk to them so don't go and do it unless you are ready!
