I was diagnosed with rotator cuff tendinitis many years ago. It seemed to go away after awhile but lately it's been flaring up again. It's very hard to lean on my shoulders (like propped up in bed) or raise my arms up. My shoulders constantly hurt and pop. Any ideas on exercises I can do? It's been so long, I can't remember what the doc suggested. Thanks!
Remember to hear before exercise & ice after. Gentle stretches are important too. If things don't improve with exercises you may need a cortisone shot. I've got bursitis in both shoulders and hips. Hugs love & prayers you can get things calmed down and gain reuse of the shoulders! 🙂🙏💕🌸
