Does anyone find relief in running? It seems even with the massive amounts of pain I can have, somewhat well managed with a combo of the chiropractor, pain meds, diet and naturopathic resources- I find a lot of help when I run- mainly from emotions, but also physically. I have been working on this regimine for years now... tired of the pain but stronger.

I don't ruin but my husband and father use to run. They both said they always had a rush of energy fill them, and our doc said it was endorphins in the brain that help with pain. Maybe that's what happens with you.

I'm trying to walk at least 10-20 minutes each day and do stretches. I feel worse when i missed doing them. 🙏🌼

I was a runner before diagnosis but had to stop because my pain was too much, but now that my meds have been good I've been trying to get back into it (with not much success). I always feel better when exercising regularly. If it works for you, keep it up!!!

My grandma reversed scoliosis by doing cross fit, and trying to prove docs wrong when they said she would be in q wheelchair within a year. I have also been working out a bit, and though it's hard to get going, it does seem to help overall. Over the summer, I did the 7 minute work out and spent an hour walking or in the sun daily. Now, the sun is gone and I'm missing it. I love the rain, but there hasn't yet been any.

I use to run with a church of bootcamp people and I had never run since I was a kid. I felt better for a long time. Feet would hurt sometimes but I think 😉 it's because I'm getting old.
