SOZKI, I've had chronic pain from my SI joints for over 2 decades. Mine started following a MVA, and included sciatica. My joints are unstable and shift causing a pinching type pain. I have now developed OA in the joints. Heat and voltaren gel are what works best for me. I take Tylenol arthritis for all over OA & DDD, but keeping my bones & joints warm and mobile (not letting get stuff) helps the most, Heating pads, hot water bottles, & massaging the area helps keep it warm. I hope this was helpful. πŸ™‚πŸ’•πŸ™πŸŒΈ

I also wear a neoprene bback brace... 🐫its light but still boned...πŸ˜‰ so the pressure is relieving 😊 and it stops me listing to the side when my muscles 😧 are just tΓ²o tired to keep me upright.... for about Β£10 its a cheap but effective relief! πŸ€—

Ive had my SI joints both fused from the ifuse procedure, I'm 90% pain free now so look into it.
