This is a followup on the slab post. The app wouldn't let me add anything. What she did was just quit buying the frozen meal and switched out lunch meat to boars head. Then she hit the cereals. If you are reading anything with corn syrup, or other words for sugar or the artificial sugar omit that food. Remember there are over 20 names for each. After you get adjusted to that then start on the gluten. Do the sugars for 4 to 6 weeks and the processed foods continue for life. You are young and for this old girl my getting rid of some of the products were like drug withdrawal. She did not loose weight but it shifted on her body to muscle and she started looking like a girl. Her moods became bareable, she laughed more ! SImple things like lunch meat has so many perseratives and sugars that you dont need. start today and go thru your food in your home and look up those words and research, some are the same ingredients as bug spray, just labeled differently. Even the fresh vegis in the store have over 6 sprays on them so if you don't wash, peel, then wash again some will never be remove. Scary but true.
