Sea Bands and hand/arm pain

Mar 11, 2017 12:40 PM

I recently purchased sea bands which utilize an acupressure point in the wrists to control nausea, as I thought that would be preferable to a dramamine drip. There may have been some human error on my part in finding the correct point, but after a couple hours of wearing them, I hurt from my fingertips to my elbows. I've been having joint pain in my thumbs for a while now, but after I wore these, I have joint pain in every knuckle and wrist as well as nerve pain down my forearm. Has anybody else used these or another anti nausea device? Or if anybody has anything that works for constant nausea? I'm sick of feeling like I'm going to throw up all the time.
