There is a lot of content in our community. I wonder if you have ever used the search feature to find topics which are relevant to you? And I wonder how you would rate the quality of the search results? Can you find what you are looking for?
I've used the search feature, and it works for general topics (like a diagnosis) but sometimes I'm looking for more specific topics (like someone's experience with certain meds) and can't find what I'm looking for.
I've used the search feature and I agree with Ferretbandit. It's good for a general search, like if searching for all topics regarding sjogrens, fibromyalgia, or hypothyroidism. But trying to find specifics like treatments for specific illnesses isn't as easy. And sometimes when I search by someone's name, looking for something they suggested it pulls up to many topics to search through.
I wish we could color highlight things suggested, and each color would be filled for us in folders for references, similar to highlighting e-books. Suggested colors would designate specific reference for us. For instance, green=med treatments, yellow=non med treatments, pink=websites, books, etc, & blue=doctors or facilities or some other reference topic like specific conversations we want to refer back to..
I'm not sure if I explained that we'll. But there's been many times I've tried to find websites or books others suggested and cannot locate them. 🙏🌼
Daniel, when I do search for my posts, trying to find what someone specifically suggested, it pulls up every post commented on. It would be nice to search for a specific persons original posts where they started the convo, rather than evey post they commented on. Is that a possibility? 🙏🌼
