This is strange and it's been going on for a little over a week now. It's a sharp and very sudden intense shock of pain that shoots through my left ear canal. It takes me by surprise and only lasts half a muinet or two at a time but it's really having me worried as it is quite intense when It happens.
My wisdom teeth are beginning to come in so I wondered if it could have anything to do with that but after talking to my mother over the phone she seems to think that if that were the case then it would be more of a constaint pain then suddenly short moments.
Hi Kieran and welcome to the family. Everyone here is very supportive and has lots of advice, spport and guidance. we are all in different time zones across the world so you may find it could be a while before someone responds to your posts.
The ear Pain your having does it happen when you do certain things like turning your head or when you go from sitting to standing, laying to sitting in? I'm mostly with your mum on the wisdom teeth but you should probably go see your dentist to make sure it's not your wisdom teeth and to make sure they are growing straight thro the gum rather than growing towards your other teeth that causing them to become impacted.
It could be that you have an ear infection that needs antibiotics or it could be a form of vertigo if you get dizzy with it as well but whether it's an infection or not you should go to your doctor to get it checked out.
Sending you positive vibes and warm healing hugs xx
