Jul 11, 2019 9:01 PM

Any suggestions for sever joint pain? I’ve tried elevation, heating pad, aqua therapy, medications but nothing is working. Pain is at an 8 and I honestly need help I have no clue what else to try

I wish I had other suggestions from the ones I mentioned on the other post. I've been thinking about ordering a infrared massager, and maybe even one of those hand wax baths or foot massagers. I have plantar fasciitis too and I have a manual massager, but wonder if the soaking footbath or electronic ball massagers would be better.

If you live close to a beach what about getting some sand and heating it up in the micro mix and then putting your hands in it and gently stretch them. Be careful of the temp as sand holds the temp well. I use to have treatments PT with sand. Also a bowl of very warm water works too but the sand felt better for me. Next to treatments using hot/cold and meds I can’t think of anything else that works. Don’t give up hope relax and put on some relaxing music, meditate or deep breathing exercises might help some. Good luck in obtaining relief from your joint pain.💕🌺

You could also try hot wax. You can get the thing that heats it up and you stick your hands in.
