Hi guys I’m going tomorrow early morning 7:30 check in. Getting nervous..., but trying not to . I keep say it will all be over with tomorrow. The dr says I will be ok 👌 I will not feel during before or even after. So I guess I got to trust them.. I’ll let you all know when I’m all done with it tomorrow or the next day ... I hope that you guys all have a nice week . Hug gently Shore 🌈🙏🙏🤗❤️🌈🌈
Hi Flappy ty but I have to go through the left side soon again and maybe Back bone spurs after. So maybe the end of this year will be healing better I hope so.. hug you you all I am use my walker and cane comes in handy sometimes Hug gently Shore🙏🙏🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️
Although we can get bummed out about having to depend on a cane or walker just think what kind of life we would be living if we didn’t have them to use. Recently my foot drop has really been giving me problems. Hate the idea of having to use a brace that was made for my right leg ( can’t use regular shoes). Without it my leg at times will drag or I trip easily. Makes me feel and look ancient ( black leather tied shoes and the plastic gets really cold to). What choice do I really have though. 😥 So I understand your Frustration over having to use them. Sounds very artistic though ( leopard). I have 5 canes, 2 walkers and numerous braces. To mention a few. If your creative make yourself a walker bag to hold things ( phone, glasses, silverware etc. comes in handy. You’ve been through a lot this year Shore. Hang in there. The best may be yet to come as they say. 🌸🍁✝️🦋
Oh I did have therapy for it in the past when my husband was working. That’s when they also paid for shoes and a new brace. Just not recently because as I stated above. When my inflammation really picks up is when it’s the worst. 🦋
I understand the copays, insurance & $$ issues. Before I got my disability we were struggling. I have a specialist for every body system and they all want to see me every 1-3 months apart, which can be financially draining. Then add all my meds to it and we were barely skating by. My disability isn't bringing in a lot, but I feel blessed compared to so many of you who are struggling. It costs way more nowadays for medical care, especially ongoing chronic needs, compared to 20 yr ago when it was "we pay 20% & insurance pays 80%.".
