Lately I have. My skin itches.

Mine doesn't itch. It's sensitive to the touch. I'm not feeling good right now, but this one spot on my hand hurts.

Itching everywhere just when I lied down.

My right arm is always burning and stinging at the moment my back has red blotches which are stinging like crazy.

Yes, burning and irritation that makes it sensitive to touch of many things. Try a soothing oatmeal bath and see if that helps

Definitely. Days like this I feel like my nerves are turned up past maximum volume. My clothes hurt, every inch of my body hurts, and my joints are all burning. It's awful. Hugs x

Left arm feels like it's being punched all the time, and legs feel scraped like road rash. Sometimes everything hurts.
I wear as much bamboo clothing as I can, even my bedsheets. Combed cotton is also nice. Soft light clothes - or nekkid! - for the win!!

I used to get itchy arms right before my period. A quality anti itch lotion helps with that!

When I get pain a specific spot that is pain sensitive I will put aloe on it or an oil like argan or shea butter or coconut and then add a scrap of jersey over the top so it doesn't make a mess. Then I tape it or wrap it and leave it alone for a few days. If it still hurts when I unwrap it I will change the oil and the jersey and wrap it up again. I keep doing it unti it feels better.

I usually get the pain on the inside of my upper arms or along my leg and I can't stop wearing clothes or walking or moving so I have to protect it until the sensitivity goes away.
