Got a good nap but I still have to get my days a nights right again. I hate when they get mixed up. It's all a work in progress, am building my pain Meds back up to the level where the pain isn't waking me up. Might take a couple weeks but I'm willing to get up every morning and not give in to this.
Have you tried monitoring your sleep patterns? I'm currently using a sleep app on my iPod which I just switch on every night before sleeping and stick it partially under my pillow on one side. I turn it off in the morning when I'm finally awake and it give statistics about my sleep quality. Although it often rates quite high, I rarely seen to get enough deep sleep and seem to wake up several times almost every hour! Of course it's not entirely accurate as it's based on movement not brainwaves, but might give some insight into any poor sleeping habits. P.
