Sleep add on

Nov 14, 2017 4:47 PM

I think there’s something missing from this app that would make it truly fantastic for ability to keep checks on any links to our lives. Sleep. I recently had to do a sleep diary and i was so surprised to see how rubbish my sleep quality is. They didn’t want to know that I’d had my 8 hrs recommended sleep. Instead they wanted to know that if I’d gotten 4hrs, what was the quality. So go to bed 9pm, wake at 6am. How much time did I lie awake before sleep. How often and for how long did I wake through the night and then waking up.... are you waking up and then lying awake. Please developers..... please consider this.

I know fit bits have sleep trackers on them. I use mine to figure out how bad my sleep patterns are.

Me too. The Fitbit works awesome but be careful. I am so restless that I ripped a hole in my sheet with my band. Lol

There are no developers any longer. Daniel the owner of the app had lost his funding and then all his employees. Daniel had to get a real job now not that this wasn't a real job.

I don’t have a fit bit. It’s a shame it couldn’t have been an option for this. It well worth it to have something like this. How many times are we asked questions at a review or hospital appointment and only remember half of what we needed to say. It’s great to print off and hand to a professional. I suppose in the notes section you could self record sleep issues.

Deleted my previous post. So yes, I am aware this has nothing to do with this topic. However it is a pretty orchid that I have. Apparently it is happy because it has bloomed 3 times in a row non-stop.
