Hello. I m a vegetarian but have lately started eating mussels daily and sleeping earlier(valerian and melatonin). I ve also been taking vitamins and supplements regularly (even hormone balancing supplement)
I m experiencing less cramping of muscles, better mood and less pain.
I wonder whether increased omeg3, protein and magnesium and better sleep is helpful ;)
Sounds like you have found a good method. I take magnesium for muscle cramps and IBS-C, along with D3 for low D-blood levels. And I use melatonin to help me sleep. Since starting them I feel like I sleep better and my pain is more controllable. 🙂💕🙏🌸
I'm sorry I'm just getting back to you. I use a 5 mg tablet and if I break it in half I'm fine. But if I take the whole tab I sometimes have vivid dreams, especially if I take anything like a muscle relaxer or pain med with it.
