So tired I want to cry

Mar 30, 2016 7:37 AM

I suppose I should be greatful I've had almost two weeks of not so bad days and have been very mobile. So I quess this is just a reminder that I'm not healed or am I OK or normal. Sorry I'm ranting I just feel crappy.

I'm sorry you're feeling so badly. I'd say, as I try to tell myself, cherish those better days. Enjoy them for the respite that they are. And today, treat yourself to something that makes you happy.

It's really really hard to get that at first. To understand that doing as much as we used to means days of discomfort later. You will find your balance, but for now you need to rest a bit more.
They say fibro feels like having the flu. I say we need to treat ourselves like we are just getting over one. Lots of water and rest, stop galloping around when you feel yucky again.

I'm sorry you're feeling bad. We all tend to forget that good & bad days come in cycles, especially when we have long runs off good days. Take these next bad days and spoil yourself to rest. Hugs & prayers! 🙂💕🙏🌼

I have been exhausted as well lately. It makes it hard to do anything. I agree with the rest treat yourself! I do. :)

I'm sorry you're having a horrible day, just as you were finding your rhythm feeling 'normal'. I hope you took it easy today and allowed yourself to throw a little (or big!) pity party. Be kind to yourself!

Just went through a three month, fatigue, bed to bathroom only, pain, dizziness, pain, poor vision, pain, can't plan to think a thought in a row, ordeal.
I empathize with everyone here.
Cherish any good moments.
Wishing all love and understanding.

Newfibrogirl it sucks when you can't sleep.. I know because we've chatted together when we've been up late. I wish that I could make you feel better. Hang in there, it'll get better. It always does. Then it gets worse and then better and then all over again. You're strong and you know you are!! You also know you have your buddies here in the CMP family and, of course, the fire circle. Hang in there sweetie. {{Hugs}}💕
