I've had serous mobility issues with my right shoulder for over a year. Went from onky 10% use to thankfully 50% now. But I can only quess all the additional stress the last month now my left shoulder is trying to do the same thing. I went to get coffee this morning and dropped the pot because of the sharp pain in my left shoulder.
How am I gonna live with two shoulders out. Whynis this happening? Help. Tios to slow it down stop it. Ect

I had my right shoulder get dislocated- impinged years ago. By the time it got better the left one started. Now I try to continue the exercises so it doesn't happen again. (((Hugs))) & prayers you'll get both stronger and better soon! 🙂🙏🌼

Newfibrogirl, I'm sorry this is happening to you. I began with left shoulder issues. Developed Problems with dislocating, Impingements and several surgeries. I now have no recognizable joint in the left and the right has been doing the same thing now. Docs say I need to have it surgically fixed but it's a catch 22. Do I do it now and hope to get a few months of relief before it degenerates or do I wait until I can't get function with it and then the surgery is even more difficult and then it's going to degenerate anyway? I'm just letting it be right now. I mean, it's been 29 surgeries in 22 years. I've had it with surgery. Now, being 50, they give me a harder and harder time when I go for "clearance" to give it to me. I wish I had some words of wisdom. The only thing I can tell you is to do gentle stretches, use the elastic bands if you can and just basically try to keep the muscles in the area strong to support the shoulder. I hope that this was a bit helpful. Sending lots of love, gentle {{{Hugs}}} and prayers that you can get this sorted out.💕🙏🏻🌻
