Some pain relief

Apr 02, 2017 4:45 PM

I have decided to head back to my holistic roots. I started using essential oils to help relieve pain from the neuropathy in my feet and all over my body. At night I can actually go to sleep with lower pain levels and I also diffuse certain oils at night and no more sleeping pills.

Can I ask what type of oils you use for pain. I have pain all over my body. I have pain in various sites too. But I have this systemic inflammation. Do you recommend anything?

Which oils do you use at night which help? I'm using lavender essential oil in my electric diffuser which helps clam me down but still doesn't help me sleep more than a couple of hours at night.
Also as profiler asked, what do you use for pain? And how do you use them? I really want to come off morphine and amitriptyline as well as reduce my antidepressant.
With the morphine I know it's going to be hell to come off, I reduced it by 10mg at night and my pain was thro the roof as well as horrible withdrawal symptoms so I really don't know what to do for the best

Yes, what's your coctail mix for diffusing.

Since I'm a YoungLiving distributor, I use for my feet 6 drops each of:
Lavender, Peppermint, Panaway and Copaiba. I also use Deep Relief for pain in my neck, upper/lower back. I diffuse a mixture of Stress Away, Lavender and Peace & Calming II.
Lavender is a good antiinflammatory, garlic is also very good too. If y'all would like me to further look into other holistic oils for you I will be happy to help as much as I can. My hubby has his own mixtures for his problems too. We also use spices and herbs to help.
