Do you think I should get this checked out ??

I'm on a train atm and after sitting still for about 2h I got up and as I was pulling myself up, something moved on the left side of my lower back/upper hip.. it caused a strong dull pain which still lingers on.. I feel like I have absolutely no support on my spine (other than my back brace which I wear whenever I have to sit for hours) and my vertebraes are crushed on top of each other, then after I pushed myself up there came space between my vertebraes and something moved to the wrong place..

The pain rn isn't that bad, but I'm still kind of worried...:/ should I wait a week or so and see if it goes away or should I go see a doctor asap?

Sorry for my horrible English btw😅

Have you ever had sacroiliac joint issues? I do, and both sides can move out of position causing pain. Even my L4-5 does it sometimes. My doc told me to never cross my knees or feet at the ankles because it pours the tailbone area at odd angles. I hope you feel better soon! Hugs love & prayers 🙂💕🙏🌸
