I have it in L4-L5 and L5-S1 with a small annular tear. And I have Osteophyte (mild)... This pain is very unbearable. I hurt so much I can barely do things. Anybody else have the same or similar

Yes I do, cervical, thoracic & lumbar. Moving with gentle stretches and light exercises (from PT) helps me stay more limber and less pain. I'm 55 and have been dealing with it for over 25 years, having neck fusions 3x. I can't do a lot at one time but I try not to sit or lay still all day too. But there are days I can't do much but sit/lay down. My last surgery (August) the neurosurgeon cleaned osteophytes from inside the spinal column that we were unaware of. My headaches are much better. Try using Epson salt soak bath or warm showers, and heat packs, pain ointment, TENS unit (helps affected muscles & nerves). Magnesium supplements have been helpful with the muscles cramping. Hugs love & prayers you find helpful coping methods that work to give you some relief! 🙂💕🙏🌸
