Ssdi Hearing questions

Dec 08, 2016 10:22 PM

I was wondering. I will soon have a hearing. What kind of stuff should I have documented in front of me. I have a lawyer but I'm trying to get a list of questions they may ask. I have a problem with answering on the spot. Problems expressing myself or getting facts out. I don't know why, it's like stage fright and I get nervous asking stuff vocally. I always need to type emails or text. Fear of rejection? Maybe.

Anywho I just want to be prepared

I would like to know too. The SSDI...Doc said I was fine after a 5 minute eval. I have fibro...it does not show on the outside. He discovered not check for trigger points or anything. So I am using info from this app. to support my inability to work.

Always get a second opinion. First doc I saw said the same.

I'm sorry I have no experience in this :c
This "hearing" I've never heard of it in my country. It sounds like a scary spotlight investigation because everyone's guilty.

Sorry if I am cynical ! Maybe your lawyer would have some answers for you ? I also saw some YouTube videos that might help

I would keep a list of any treatments you have tried and what the results were. Also a list of surgeries etc. I know I saw a website not long ago that had this info on it. Let me see if I can find it.

I didn't wash my hair and luckily I'm always looking so tired. So I looked pretty shitty Having invisible illness is very hard. I'm not sure of the process I'm in Canada ... My caseworker prepped me before the last hearing ... Sending positive thoughts.

I have a lawyer whos handles all thst for me.it all.very deliberate and detailed. If I did not have a lawyer I don't know if I could handle this process. I suggest getting help.

I have help but they won't come in until I am in thr hearing stage. I just want to make sure everything I need is saved an documented properly so I'm not struggling later
