Friday was my 54th birthday and my hubby had to work. Today is our 34th Anniversary. The weather is awful today, cold, windy & heavy rains. We knew ahead the rains were coming. My hubby asked what I wanted to do and I said I wanted to do something fun, to get out of the house. We discussed seeing the new "James Bond" movie, but I was concerned about the steps to sit up higher (knees, cane & such), and about the not-so-comfortable chairs. We decided to go to a arts & crafts show that comes every year, but we hadn't been in 5-10 years. Our daughter even went. I used my walker so if I needed to sit down I could, & I did multiple times. It was so crowded that we had to walk slow, which for me was good. We bought a few relaxation music CDs, piano only, a Christmas ornament, and some edibles to bring home. And my daughter bought me a door decor for Thanksgiving & Christmas...sweet! It took us nearly 4 hours to walk the whole place (indoors & level). By the time we got home I was exhausted. It took a long time to call asleep, and then I kept waking to change positions. But I woke this morning without going into a fibro flare, praise God! Note today we just have to stay indoors, through Wednesday due to winds, cold & rain. Yesterday was 75, the next 2 days in low 50's!
I wish everyone blessings for today! (((Hugs))) & prayers for a better week this week! 🙏🌼
