Hi everybody I’m new here, hope you’re all having a nice Sunday! I am 22 and really struggling with fibromyalgia and extreme fatigue. I’m trying my best to still work but I just seem to be getting worse despite taking my painkillers everyday☹️ do any of you have any tips to help me cope and keep a positive attitude as it’s getting in the way of my social life and close relationships. It may be good to get good knowledge of how much is possible, so you don't go and use up all your energy at noon. For me it works really well to take 5-10 minute breaks at least 2 times a day (I try to lie down on the coach or do a mindfulness meditation). Saying no and asking for help is important. And for me to stay positive, I use the gratitude app to note down good or happy things everyday. Good luck!
