I spent a half hour with my Son, Austin, driving golf balls at a driving range. Which I haven't done for a long time, and I didn't think at the time, to stretch my body, before I played the game and showed my son how to play. Nevertheless, I started to feel pain in my left leg hamstring, my upper body started to feel pain in the muscles and my joints, as well as my hands too. I told my son to hit a few more golf balls, so we go home and relax.
Familyman71, Sorry to hear you overdid it, or rather didn't stretch beforehand. I have plantar fascitis & calf muscle issues (night cramps). I had to get some sneakers today, and the sports store also had an item I've been considering buying; ProStretch by Medi-Dyne. I tried theirs and purchased one for myself. I used it 2 hours ago and my calves are not knotted up as usual. I hope you can find a way to relax your muscles, maybe a speak in Epsom salt bath. 🙏🌼
Familyman, it is really a shame that when we are feeling less pain on a given day, we sometimes forget to stretch before we do any activity we have not done regularly. I agree with the suggestions that Flappsy gave you. i hope that you feel better soon and that you get some rest and much needed relief from the pain. I wish you all the best.
