I am trying to be more active by cycling (road and mtb) and have TRIED to gym but overdid it and landed up at chiro. So frustrating. I just want to be normal and be able to do things normal people can...
Not having enough energy to be super efficient at work, work on my body physically, be a supportive & happy gf/friend...gaining weight because I am eating "emotionally" and wish I could just have ONE night restorative sleep - not just keeping my eyes closed so they don't dry out.

Braves now! I am sorry to hear that things aren't going well with you right now! We all wish we could do the things we used to..the things " normal people can" we all have ffelt this way at one time or another! I still struggle with not being the me I once loved so much! You have to be realistic and set goals that you can achieve. They might not be what a " normal person can do but that's not you. You are a different person so you need to change your expectations of yourself! Do small things that you can achieve and be proud you completed them! You do the best you can and don't beat yourself up ! It is good enough! You are good enough!I suffer from Fibromyalgia so I understand just wanting one good night sleep!maybe try different techniques to help you to get a better night sleep. Try meditation having a dark room not too hot taking a bath before bed to relax your sore and tender muscles..warm glass of milk.soft music to fall asleep. As long as you don't do it too often take a sleeping aid! These are all suggestions maybe try a few! I know so many more people will have great advice to help you! Keep your chin up you are doing great but you are not superwoman!! Overwhelming yourself adds stress which makes sleeping even more difficult! I suffer from insomnia too so it's all easier said than done but keep trying! You don't need to be perfect and juggle everything if you need help ask..you need to put yourself first once in a while take a walk to clear your head .have a warm bubble bath read a book! Braves now I am glad that I was able to send you some encouragement! It is so much easier to talk to someone who" walks in our shoes" ! Fibromyalgia isn't just a condition it is a new way of life! It doesn't have to be all bad but you have to accept that you are not the person you once where,from there it's one day at a time sometimes one hour at a time! Anytime you need to talk , vent or cry I will be there if you want me to be ! I am just a post away! If you need to you can even pm( private message) me !
