So, I had my home sleep apnea test last night. It'll be three to four weeks for results. But, when I woke last night the oxygen reading was 64%. I'm guessing that's not a good sign. Now, my husband, a very light sleeper swears I don't snore.
So, I got thinking about this...since my physiotherapist has started to work on my neck (which is helping the nerve pain in my arm some), I've noticed I've been having a little trouble breathing. It could be a swollen throat...I've had inflammation of the tonsils for ages. It could be allergies.
Do any of you have inflammation of the throat leading to trouble breathing and swollowing? Should I be going to my dr, or is this just something to put up with until it hopefully goes away?
