Tai Chi?

Sep 24, 2016 9:59 PM

Has anyone tried Tai Chi? Was wondering if it would be a help or hindrance.

Several years ago I took a class, but the weirdest thing, my feet hurt sooo bad I could not do it! Feet would hurt like that afterward & all night. It may have been that it set off my arthritis as I have terrible feet, even artificial joint. Really bad arthritis. I never really felt my foot pain recovered from that class. But, please, don't let this post stop u if you want to try it. The movements build a quiet resolve that your body knows at a very deep level. It will become strong & centered.πŸ‹πŸΌπŸŽ―

I haven't done it but it'll be worth a try. Just remember to start stupid low. Like less than a 10th of what you think you should be able to do. Take lots of breaks and increase very slowly.
