Talking about it

Nov 07, 2015 12:33 AM

Im living with three friends right now and its so hard to talk about my injury and chronic pain. I havent really talked about it, and now i feel like its too late and wont be taken seriously. It makes me so moody, and sometimes i feel like i'm regressing. Need a support group

Anonymous, your support group is right here!! You're not alone. It's never too late. Maybe set up a time where you can sit down for lunch with everyone and then let them know what's going on. If they are really friends, they'll understand. I'm sending you gentle {{{Hugs}}} and prayers. Keep your chin up, we're here for you.🌻🙏🏻

Do look for a local group too! We have one in Az for Crps and its huge to hug each other and know we all understand. We also have speakers to help our condition. Hope you find one quickly w lots of great folks

Anonymous, like AlwayZ said, it's never too late. Just let them know it's very hard to open up and talk about, but you'd like for them to know about it. A local support group would be good if you can locate one. And you always have us. Hugs & prayers for you, that your friends will be accepting & supporting. 🙏🌼
