And my primary, of course. I was started on it a couple of days ago and holy wow the difference. I was actually able to do things like normal people do yesterday. Of course I most likely over did it and will suffer today, but it'll be muscle pain instead of the usual finely honed daggers every single nerve ending seems to be armed with. It seems like this med has disarmed the little boogers. My anxiety has been managed, pain is being managed, now to wait for rheumatology and manage everything else. Baby steps. A bit of relief at a time is actually pretty wonderful in my book.
Glad it is giving you some relief. Just in the back of your head tuck this away. Lyrica worked for about year and a half for me. Then Iife changed, I started having major muscle jerking. There was major suicidal idealation to the point I can no longer take it. Just be aware. I hope it continues to bring you relief.
I don't tend to react to meds like a lot of people do, so hopefully I don't get those side effects. Still, I'll be discussing with the rheumatologist next month. My body is doing enough weird crap. I don't need crazy and potentially permanent side effects too.
I am taking pregabalin which is part of lyrics not sure if it is helping. The first meds they prescribed to me had a page of side affects I was like huh I want to get rid of the pain and other problems not add to it so refused to take them. Been on lyrics for a few months now just increased the dose.
Well, hell... Allbi have to say is I am so happy that you are able to function and are feeling better , that is what matters most! I personally know quote a few people that have excellent reviews about Lyrics.. I know you can't wait to see the Rheumatologist.. And the other specialists. You are in a good head space today and that's all the matters the most , one day at a time. Hey if you got any extra energy can you come over and help me get my house tidy? Much love and blessings, Terri
