That wasn't a good idea

Saw doctor yesterday told him about the pain in my left chestbone so he prodded it slightly got me doing breathing exercises, ended up getting light headed due to the heavy in breathes anyway last night the pain spread up towards my collarbone. Before this the pain was only felt when I leant forward and I had, had it for a couple of weeks. Gkad never pointed out the pain just about left eye dread to think what would have happened. Although I am lucky he is a nice doctor and has helped me a lot. He upped my dose of pregabalin, have had a lot of stress lately what with dad passing away, then dhs stealing my ESA benefit, telling me I can work when I know that I can't. If I could work I would be working already. When there are healthy people unable to find work, what makes them think I will find work.

Hello well stuff! You have had ALOT of stress lately! I understand about being told to go back to work by Social Security... It is maddening. I am happy to see that you have a compassionate understanding physician, that counts for a whole lot right there. Hope your next weeks reveals less stress and more comforts and Peace. Much love and Blessings, Terri

Wellstuffit69, this sounds like my Costochondritis. Did your doctor mention anything? I oppose it's much improved. 🙂💕🙏🌼
