I just had to kind of give in to my back pain again. Actually went ahead and submitted a leave of absence from work until I can get the pain down to a more tolerable level. Right now, it varies anywhere from a 4 to a 7 on a good day, and that's without any kind of narcotics. On a good day, if I don't have to get up and move around a lot, I can get it to a 1-2 kind of level. It's just really intolerable right now. No muscle spasms, just pure pain and hell. Will go back once I can get the injections. Hopefully, that might offer some sort of relief, even if only temporary.
I here you Amanda! My shots wore off over 2 months ago and its been pure he** on my back everyday! My next appointment with pain doctor is in August and that's a normal visit. I am supposed to get the RDF OR RFD I can't remember the correct saying for it. Its one of the two above. Anyway I'm suppose to have those shots every 6 months sometimes 4 months apart depending on how bad my pain really is. I will be praying for you Amanda, lord knows you need a break! How is the mrsa coming along? Is it getting better? Prayers and hugs! 🙏💕
Amanda, I am so sorry that you had to put in a leave of absence at work because you are in such pain.. It is truly a nightmare when the pain is so bad that you just don't know what to do with it any more and you can't get away from it. I hope and pray that you get some relief soon so that you can go back to work and do what it is you need to do to get by. My prayers are with you. Hang in there.
Mopar, it is actually getting much better. Enough so that I hope to get clearance from my PCP tomorrow to go ahead and schedule the shots with pain management. I need a break from it already. I'm ready for vacation already. Sheesh.
I am so glad that the lord has at least answered our prayers on the MRSA going away so you can have your shots done! 🙌 Praise God! Now to keep praying for pain free day's so you can have a vacation from it all!
Amanda, I am happy that things are moving in a positive direction for you and that your pre-op appointment is finished, I will keep saying prayers for you that all of this goes quickly and smoothly and that you heal up really well and completely with minimal pain.
