The fog!

Feb 04, 2016 6:12 PM

Anyone know how to deal with fibro fog? I feel like I'm in a dream world, my body is on autopilot, my brain is just not working in sync. I think I'm places I'm not, but I know I'm not, but I have to check anyway.... Know what I mean... Because I don't 😒

If I'm driving I have to chant files to myself like, red means stop red means stop so I make sure I remember what's what

Scrossy, some days are harder than others. On bad days I refuse to do anything that requires much thinking anymore! Lol Just yesterday my daughter called and I was trying to do tax papers. I was so bumfuddled I couldn't think or talk or carry on a combo with her. She told me to walk away and rest. I took her advice. 🙂🙏💕🌼

I'm sorry you are going through this but it is nice to know it's not just me. Sometimes simply knowing that you're not alone is nice. I end up relying on my husband a lot when the fog hits me.

I too deal with this, my husband will look at me like I am some one else when I get in a fog. Driving and navigating is almost impossible on bad days. I tend to make sure I get my self a healthy smoothly, do a light exsesize and maybe a nap if I have time to help on the foggy days. Not easy.
