I use my distractions when I can, like music, tv, audio books, simple non stressful projects, theriputic bloging, etc. If I have to be at work or be some place productive or social I make sure I get fully dressed and some make up on, I will subconsciously act more like I look. On productive days I set mini goals like spend x time doing work and reward myself with x minutes fluff distraction. And I always mentally congratulate myself for doing any little thing that needed doing. If all else fails I let myself cry for a while. A good hard cry, then I wash my eyes and keep going.
I'm having a lot of days like this and I just try to remember that better days always come, I try my best to do little things to distract myself. Even tiny things like getting your favourite food and watching your favourite film. If you ever need someone to chat to feel free to message me 💕💕
