CatchMyPain Community and Pain Diary App to manage chronic illness

This app sucks!

Can't edit diary. Can't zoom in to actually see what you recorded. Waste of time.

Catch my pain was better

@Be04. I agree with everything you said. Plus there is a few more things I wish was better. But Everyone on here is so awesome and helpful

It's the same people on both apps, Daniel the owner has to work on this app alone as he had to let his staff go when he couldn't get the funding to run catch my pain and Pain companion, so he is doing all the himself, so certain things that may have been able to improved on Like editing your diary on pain companion, hasn't been possible as he still has to work, he is also someone who lives with Chronic Pain and so I think things have just been harder to achieve as he doesn't have the workforce to do things as quickly as he might've been able to do.😊

I'm writing this on catch my pain, I use both in conjunction with each other as on pain companion, you can edit your comments on these threads, but only up to 24hrs later, and you can post photos which you can't do with Catch my pain.

What is catch my pain ? I love everyone on here . And don't want to see anyone go . To me the support is better than the
( I wish.) But that's just me πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—

Catch my pain is the old version of this app πŸ˜€

It's pretty cool for just one guy who is trying to make something to help us poor sods get to talk with each other. Yeah, I might change a few things, lol, but I don't know how. So I really appreciate it for what it is, the child of one man in pain. Wish I could help.

This app may not be perfect, but at least I don't feel so alone anymore!!!

When I get an error message opening the app, I click OK. Then I click on upper left corner menu. It allowed me to open app and use normally. It’s expensive and time consuming to update these apps, especially if it’s Apple app.

I’m just very grateful to have this app and the support of all who use it. (Especially since I don’t use Facebook - this is one of the few places there are support groups outside fb)

@LAT. I don't use Facebook either. Nothing but drama. I didn't know this app is an Apple app . πŸ€”

@ElentraVitra yes very cool app for one man work who is in a lot of pain himself and has to work on top of this . I used to code . My hubby still does so I understand. Coding is not easy at all. So I am proud of him . πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽˆπŸŽˆπŸ…πŸ…πŸ₯‡πŸ₯‡

@westrengirl I am guessing it’s in both Apple and Android (google play?) app stores. I originally downloaded catch my pain but the developer emailed me about new pain companion app, so that’s what I’m using now. Anyway, this works on iPhone as well as any android phone. I’m very grateful.

@LAT. Thank you for the information. I use Android. πŸ€—πŸ€—

Yes it's an apple app as well as I'm a die hard apple fan from the 3rd generation. I love the support here. I've downloaded the other app but I was so drawn to this one. I too have a degree Computer Information Systems and when I got a C in coding this was me πŸ’ƒπŸ½πŸ’ƒπŸ½πŸ’ƒπŸ½πŸ’ƒπŸ½πŸ’ƒπŸ½πŸ’ƒπŸ½πŸ’ƒπŸ½πŸ’ƒπŸ½πŸ’ƒπŸ½πŸ’ƒπŸ½. It's not easy so I can't imagine a person who is in OUR kind of pain managing this by himself. So πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘ŒπŸ½πŸ€˜πŸ½βœŠπŸ½πŸ€œπŸ½πŸ€›πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½β˜πŸ½I say AMAZING.
