MizzMonroe when was the last time you saw a gasrto? You may have an intestinal infection. I'm thinking you may want to make an appt. so that you can be checked out.

(((( gentle hugs )))) do you take a lot of Ibuprofen or Aspirin? Over the counter meds like those can really tear up your stomach. My mom's best friend went in for routine surgery and two days later had died from the internal bleeding caused by taking extreme amounts of Ibuprofen for years. Just wanted to mention that in case you do take the meds you could see if tapering back in those helps.

What ever is causing it I hope that your doctors can get to the bottom of it and have you well on your to recovery. (((hugs)))

😯 I'm sorry you have and are going through all this. All the suggestions I had I'm not sure if they would help or not. Ginger tea from raw ginger with raw honey. Apple cider vinegar a tsp in water does miracles. Tastes bad but kills nausea within 10-15 min for both me & my kids. Chamomile tea to help you sleep. I do hope this subsides for you sooner than later! 💕💕💕

It has to be apple cider vinegar. It is gross at first but oh my gosh does it fix nausea quick! Faster than raw ginger tea too and ginger tea usually takes 20 minutes plus. At least that's what my family found. Good luck!💪💪💪 be strong sistah! 😀

Apple cider vinegar in hot water mixed with raw honey and cinnamon tastes like hot apple cider. Quite a nice drink an easier to take apple cider vinegar.

Every thing Quiet suggested works! But remember you have to take time to make the tea, not some store bought stuff, and raw honey is some you buy from a bee keeper, that stuff in grocery store may only be 10% real honey. If you know a e oils person talk to them, just remember that some oils react with meds.

Do you drink a lot of caffeine? Do u know what triggers the pain? Start documenting your diet. I had to stop caffeine, spicy food, alcohol different triggers you have to find your own. I have ibs- D & ibs-c they switch out. My Dr. Prescribed me omeprazole(helps acid), promethazine(nausea and vomitting) and dicyclomine(ibs pain). You can also start adding raw ginger root to your diet. Peppermint helps too!

There's no way I could put something that tasted bad in my mouth when I'm nauseated. I hope it's better, that is the worst kind of sick.. gentle {{{Hugs}}} and well wishes headed your way. 💕
