Does anyone use this as a pain reliever? I received this in the ER and I swear it was the first time I actually felt comfortable in years

I've been on it since 2013. I don't use it 24/7 like I did at first. My dad, a sibling & I were all on it at the same time. We were chatting one day about our lethargy& sluggish thinking. After researching i found tramadol can cause this. We are all on it as needed basis. My whole family has super sensitivities to meds; I have an allergy loss that's more than an 8x11 sheet can hold! Lol. I use it only when my pain is 7+. Good luck & Good bless you with favorable results! Hugs & prayers! 🙂💕🙏🌼

They give me that through the ER .....and the doctor when I am in severe pain it helps me relax to the point of getting a great 5 hrs of sleep. ..I wonder if they can prescribe it to the patients

I also use it as needed (usually when my pain is more than 7). It helps a great deal but I was warned it can be habit forming.

I usually get a Toradol shot at the ER when I am in severe pain. It use to work very well for me. Now, it doesn't work as well. In January, when I had a flare up, I actually had to go back a second time to get another Toradol shot.

I must say my experience was subjective as I was also given Percocet and Flexeril, so the jury is still out.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Toradol. When my pain is out of control which usually happens about once a month. Definitely every other. I have a standing order at the E.R for Toradol and a week supply of prednisone. It does wonders for me. The combination.

The doctors and nurses told me that there is a Toradol pill. But it is not approved for anyone under 18. From what I understand, it is very risky for when it comes to the risk of G.I Bleeding. And it also should never be the initial dose give when deciding to give oral Toradol.

Toradol had been a miracle drug for me. I have chronic migraines and sometimes that's the only thing that helps. My neurologist put in a prescription and I can do at home injections up to twice a month. Without it I would be in the ER all the time.
