Thanks "doc" would've never thought of that. Worst headache in my whole life-top five for sure-coming from someone who has had a haeadache every day for five years- and not being on narcotic anything for months is bs. I'm tired of suffering and I'm tired of explaining and I'm tired of the agony. I can not take the edge of for one damn sec. this is insane the system is ridiculous and try using ice instead of heat is your solution to this?? Be patient. No that's over-been patient and I'm super angry and super over it-my body is self destructing from the inside out and I'm going to be getting surgery through my throat to get to my spine and you're telling me to try to "relax" irony at its finest. Why don't you relax and when you tell me you are in extreme excruciating pain I'll tell you that I'm controlled by the system and too scared to actually treat you with pain meds while you learn how to find other ways of coping so just suxk it up. Sorry doc. Pfffft all of em. Thanks. πŸ‘ŠπŸ»

They are all like this. Well some are understanding. Try a different doc. My old doc laughed at me and said "Its all in your head"

ElleDollface, I'm sorry you're dealing with this. I've been there and understand. I started complaining of headaches in 2011, and three different docs said I needed cervical disc surgery but due to the high risk they weren't willing to touch me. So I suffered every day and it worsened to daily headaches then constant headaches. I threw up in January and March and knew something had happened. Instead of going to the same doctors I went to a new one I had seen one 10 years ago. With one x-ray he said it was imperitive to have surgery and he did it in August; one disc had slipped back and was pressing the spinal cord. He told my hubby later that he had also cleaned out a lot of bone spurs (OA) inside the spinal canal he had not expected to find. Until this week is not had a single headache, but I've had 2 in the last 5 days (sleeping-wrong angle of the neck). He also said there are two other levels have to deal with later. I had to wait 5 years to get someone to help me, to listen, to care.

You know your body best so don't give up trying to get help. Hopefully sooner than later you'll also find a doctor who cares. Hugs love and prayers you get relief soon!πŸ™‚πŸ’•πŸ™πŸŒΈ

Bloody hell you sound like me ! Your pic is spot on too πŸ˜‘ I am suffering terrible upper spine pain . I'm very stiff hand I feel like I've had a fight with the Rock . Happy physio and acupuncture it's actually aggravated it . What did the doctor tell me to do ? Rub ibuprofen cream on the area! πŸ€”yes because I'm so dam flexible at the moment . I can just about brush my teeth let alone reach the highest most central part of my spine especially with my concrete stiff hands and while your at it just sit and watch me struggling to open the door . ... I give up . It's so frustrating 😐

Yes to all of you-!!! I'm sorry that we are all suffering so much and I feel so completely helpless and hopeless and I have a very high tolerance for pain -my entire body is covered in tattoos all done SOBER but I swear to god there is nothing like the pain I feel now or have been feeling and the frustration and the feeling of being helpless and "trusting" your drs is just over at this point. I don't believe anyone anymore lately. Except That it seems I'm not alone in this and for that I'm grateful. I'm having such a HARD time and I'm really just sinking deeper and deeper and it's like F it what's the point ya know? :(
