I am going to try Yoga this afternoon@ 5:30 pm. I told the lady I have a hard time getting down and back up off the floor. She told me they would put a chair beside my mat and the first week is free, so I can see if I can do it. It's 2 x a week, so I'm going to give it a try and see how it works out. I have heard that it is good for back pain, and other things so we will see. Wish me luck.
Flappsy I managed to make it through the class, it was not to bad I really enjoyed it and I felt like I did fairly well better than I thought I would. I may not be able to move in the morning, but the 2 ND class is Wed @5:30. I am going to need knee pads because they are in bad shape can't put much weight on them.
