Good Morning Sunshines๐ŸŒž
Lately, be been doing trial and error with what works for pain and infamation. I made myself a smoothie and added Turmeric. It has so many health benefits! Still woke up with pain, but I can tell my pain has alleviated.

Sending nothing but positive vibes to each and every one of you. Life is precious... Pain and all, get up today and do something that inspires you.

I'll have to try that! My back and joint could always use something for inflammation!

Lol like this morning I woke up and felt pretty good except for a very minor headache, then I folded laundry AND rearranged my bedroom and that was no easy task! So I am paying for it now, but since I didn't have to take any pain medication this morning I can take it now, lol lol!! When I'm on a mission my biggest downfall is that I don't know when to stop, even if I am hurting. So I will give it a shot and see how it works for me! Thank You for the info!

I add it fresh to whatever I am juicing. So far I feel like it does help with curbing the inflammatory issues I deal with, I also add fresh ginger to the juice. Beware that fresh tumeric stains everything it touches including your fingers. It is a nice happy bright orange yellow.

Good suggestion! The problem with turmeric is the low absorption so you don't know what actually gets into you body. Here is an interesting product with improved absorption and combination of other healthy herbs

Turmeric needs to be combined with black pepper to be better absorbed. Also, you will have to take it daily for several months to feel any effect. Good luck, I hope it works for you!
