Two weeks post surgery and running out of pain meds

Hello everyone I was wondering I'm getting close to the end of my pain medicine that was given to me for my surgery I'm still in the early stages of diagnosed with fibromyalgia and possibly lupus so I don't exactly have a stash of medications so its 2 weeks post op and everything seems to be going pretty well I'll but I'm very nervous about not having any pain medication since my other pains post surgery or pre surgery or coming back and I have another week and a half before I go see you my general practice again for a follow up does anyone have any suggestions in to get through the severe pains I have that can match hydrocodone or Norco with over the counter medications keep in mind I'm allergic to NSAIDs of leaves and advils so of the only thing I can take a Tylenol or prescription medications so how many times will I need to take to equal narco

Newfibrogirl, have you thought about calling the surgeon who prescribed the meds, or call your primary? The only thing I know to suggest is Tylenol Arthritis, Tramadol if you have it, hear pads, Epson salt soaks if you can. I'm allergic to most so I basically try and ignore my pain, and I do pretty good up to a5-6, depending on location of pain. Try and stay relaxed. 🙏🌼

Almost every surgery I have had the surgeon was pretty lenient on ordering another prescription for me after surgery. I would place a call to his office requesting a refill.
