What doctors have you been to and what have they found?

She says they showed nothing.

What kind of pain have you been having? Joint? Muscular? What did your pcp say as far as follow up? Did she recommend a specialist?

My whole spine hurts, even along the sides of it...if i am able to get it "massaged" w my own hands and it "pops" it feels like water passing thru the area like when u drink cold water and u feel it doing down... My shoulder/shoulder blades have this knot feeling that burns at times and doesnt massage away... My neck feels like there is no cartilage/tendons/ligaments cuz when i turn my neck it makes noises like bones r grinding and so.etimes a sharp/shocking pain goes from my neck thru my shoulder and makes it zap... My hips go in and outa place on their own and get stuck sometimes...

I have gotten no diagnosis, i have been dealing w this going on 7yrs...has gotten worse in the last 5...and 2/3yrs ago i fell on my tailbone and that seems to have started the worseness of each flair up is worse and worse...

Otcs, i dont even try them anymore...

Aw, boo. :( what kind of blood work have they done? I get the neck grinding and hip popping so while I don't have answers, I can empathize. Any MRIs or other follow up imaging yet?

Aug 29, 2016 1:14 AM

No MRIs yet, altho i think one should have been done last yr...i got tired of 1st dr ignoring me that i started seeing a new dr...
They have only done basic bloodwork...
I been doing quizes and all kinds of things show up of what it could be...

GoAwayPain, have you seen an orthopedist or neurologist yet? If not you might want to see them. You might even consider a chiropractor or pain specialist. If it were me I'd start with the Ortho doc. Have you ever suffered an injury to your back, like a fall or auto accident? Sometimes injuries takes years to develop problems.

Try an epsom salts bath soak, along with gentle stretches. And ask someone to run an OTC pain ointment into your site areas. Do you take supplements like D3? It's good, and so are magnesium & potassium. There's proof that deficiencies in these minerals can cause more pain. I've been taking them since my D was found deficient, and it's helped me. I also try to do slow, steady treadmill walking & stretches, along with warm showers. I have DDD, OA, and disc tears & bulges all down my spine. I'm recuperating from C3-4 fusion now. Try alternatives until you can find out what's going on, and continue to search for answers. I hope you can find a doc who can help you. Hugs love & prayers! 🙂💕🙏🌸
